At least 1 positive thought a day and make it a chain! :)

I have bought the book "The Secret". Let's practice positive thinking every day. :)

Let's think up something to be grateful for and add on to it everyday :)

E.g., Instead of thinking "I am so fat", think "I am going to lose weight" :)
        Instead of thinking "the new job is hard", think "I will try my best at work and it's gonna be easy!" :)

So today, day 1!

Day 1: I will lose weight! I was beautiful when I am 170 lb! :D
